Early Dismissal Form

Parents should fill this form out if they'd like their student to be dismissed without having to come into the school to sign them out. Students are required to bring the form into the front office as soon as they arrive on campus in order to receive an early dismissal slip. Any form not brought in when the student arrives on campus will not be accepted. Please note, any form brought in is subject to verification by phone call to the number we have on file in PowerSchool.
