How to Change an Address

To change an address for your student, you must submit two proofs of residence to the Guidance Department. This can be done in person or by emailing the guidance secretary. 

 

These may include a recent (not more than one month old) power bill, water bill, landline phone bill, cable bill, natural gas bill, or other utility connected to the home, rental agreement, closing statement or mortgage statement on a home. 

 

Items such as a driver's license, bank account statement, cell phone bill, medical bill, insurance card, tax bill, etc. are not acceptable documents.
