How to Change an Address

To change an address for your student, you must submit two proofs of residence to the Guidance Department.

 

These may include a recent (not more than one month old) power bill, water bill, landline phone bill, cable bill, natural gas bill, or other utility connected to the home, rental agreement, or closing statement or recent mortgage statement on a home. 

 

Items such as a driver's license, bank account statement, cell phone bill, medical bill, insurance card, etc. are not acceptable documents.
