Early Dismissal Form

At TL Hanna, we offer parents the option of filling out an early dismissal form instead of having to come into the school to dismiss a student. If you'd like for your student to be dismissed early without having to sign them out, please fill out the form and send it in with your student. Students are required to bring the early dismissal form to the front office when they arrive on campus or they will not be allowed to leave early. Please note that all forms are subject to verification.
